Supernet Technologies Limited (STL) has announced a substantial increase in consolidated profit after tax for the year ending June 30, 2026, following the merger and the subsequent integration of its expanded businesses.
The company reported a consolidated profit after tax of Rs. 467 million in FY2026 vs Rs. 78 million in restated FY2025. Earnings per share (EPS) also rose to Rs 4.03 from Rs 1.39.
STL’s consolidated revenue increased to Rs 8.08 billion against Rs 4.89 billion in the same quarter last year. The FY2025 data have been corrected by the firm to reflect the merger that took place on January 1, 2025, and include the operations of Supernet Limited from that date.
Gross profit jumped to Rs. 1.94 billion from Rs. 894 million in restated FY2025. Therefore, the gross profit margin grew to 24% from 18.28%.
Operating profit also rose to Rs 841 million. Operating margin improved to 10.41% from 9.68% in the previous year.
The company said the improved performance was aided by the integration of its larger operations following the merger and by continuous efforts to increase operating efficiency and optimise costs. Its telecommunications and technology operations also contributed to the performance.
STL’s Board proposed the company’s first post-merger cash dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share for FY2026. The proposed dividend is a reflection of the company’s increased profitability and financial condition after the acquisition.
STL’s revenue grew to Rs. 5.73 billion from Rs. 3.60 billion on a standalone basis. The company also declared a post-tax profit of Rs 288 million against a loss of Rs 83 million in restated FY2025.
Standalone EPS grew to Rs. 2.68 from Rs. 1.55 (loss per share) last year.
STL conducted a rights issuance of Rs. 914.77 million at Rs. 10 per share post end of FY2026; it raised the entire intended amount. The cash would be used to enhance working capital, support larger projects, and fund its growth and expansion goals, the company said.
But management said the business climate continues to be challenging due to economic conditions, competitive challenges and uncertainty in the telecoms and technology sectors.
