Honour has shown its flagship smartphone for late 2026, the Magic9 Pro Max, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 CPU and equipped with two 200MP cameras and a gigantic 8,800mAh silicon-carbon battery.
The new flagship also continues Honor’s cooperation with German camera maker ARRI, providing professional-oriented video features to give a more cinematic shooting experience.
Design and Appearance
The Honour Magic9 Pro Max sports a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED screen with 1320 × 2868 pixel resolution and an adjustable 1Hz to 120Hz refresh rate.
The display has a global peak brightness of 2,000 nits and in some locations a local brightness of 10,000 nits while playing HDR content.
Honour has incorporated an upgraded NanoCrystal Shield with more layers of silicon nitride and an anti-reflective coating to further protect the display.
It is available in a Shadow Black, Glacier Silver and Moss Green. It also features an IP69K rating for dust and water protection.

Software and performance
The Magic9 Pro Max is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor under the hood.
