Atlas Honda has brought a visual update to its popular Honda CD70 by adding a new set of graphics while leaving the motorcycle engine, features, and overall specifications untouched.
The latest promotional campaign includes the redesigned CD70 with three new sticker designs. Atlas Honda has not revealed any modifications in the design, performance, or equipment of the bike other than the updated graphics.
The Honda CD70 continues to be powered by a 4-stroke OHC air-cooled engine combined with a 4-speed constant mesh transmission. It still has a kick-start mechanism and 8.5-litre gasoline tank, with a 1.0-litre reserve.
It is unlikely that the update will stop the criticism that Atlas Honda receives practically every year for introducing new sticker designs instead of major mechanical or feature advancements.
The Honda CD70 is priced at Rs. 159,000 as per the official website of Atlas Honda. It’s unclear whether the corporation will sell the updated version at the same price or whether it plans to change the price.
The Honda CD70 has been one of the best-selling bikes in Pakistan for decades, and the latest update is a continuation of Atlas Honda’s policy of refreshing the bike’s looks while keeping its reliable and tried-and-tested mechanical basis.
