The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has launched a helpline for residents to file their Income Tax Returns for the Tax Year 2026.
The tax authority announced on X that a specialist technical team has been deployed to help taxpayers experiencing problems with the filing process. The goal of this effort is to rapidly repair technical issues and enhance the overall user experience.
Taxpayers having any system related challenges may report their problems by mailing at itr2026feedback@pral.com.pk. The FBR said that the support team is committed to answering all requests within 24 hours.
The move is part of FBR’s attempts to make the tax filing process more streamlined and ensure that people can finish their taxes efficiently without any wait. If citizens suffer technical difficulties while submitting their returns, they are advised to use the dedicated email service.
